Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Krotoszyn w roku 2027

The subject of the contract is forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026 item 663 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, and meadow-agricultural management to be carried out in the Krotoszyn Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and maintenance of forest facilities and roads, and meadow-agricultural management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts ("Packages")

Package I: Performance of services in the field of timber harvesting and extraction, forest protection, forest cultivation, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, and fire protection in the forestries: Smoszew, Chachalnia, Borowina, Wisławka, Bażantarnia

Package II: Performance of services in the field of timber harvesting and extraction, forest protection, forest cultivation, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, meadow-agricultural management, and fire protection in the forestries: Rochy, Lila, Kuklinów, Wielki Bór

Package III: Performance of services in the field of timber harvesting and extraction, forest protection, forest cultivation, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, meadow-agricultural management, and fire protection in the forestries: Miłowiec, Starylas, Sokołówka and Jelonek

Package IV: Mechanical harvesting using a harvester and extraction of seed using a forwarder in the Krotoszyn Forest District in the forestries: Chachalnia, Kuklinów, Wielki Bór and Wisławka.

The contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. However, an offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of works specified in the SWZ for that Package.

Due to the actual natural and weather conditions that may arise during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic situation which is not foreseen at this time, the Purchaser reserves the right, in justified cases, to make reducing corrections, increasing corrections, to establish new locations, as well as to suspend the performance of the activities indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the works. They should be understood as an increase in the quantity of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ), with a simultaneous decrease in the quantity of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract specified in the SWZ, to be performed throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being implemented may also arise in order to implement the full scope of works described in the subject of the contract. The establishment of a new location takes place within the subject of the contract, always exclusively within the Package Implementation Area. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ together with the annexes to it.
