The subject of the contract is the extension of the producer's technical support for the held licenses for a period of 3 years:

- Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus (perpetual) - ID: #02605289,

- Foundation Capacity Pack 50TB - ID: #04003931.

2. The subject of the contract (abbreviated as OPZ) constitutes: Annex No. 3 to SWZ / Annex No. 1 to the draft contract provisions.

3. The draft contract provisions regarding the above public contract, which will be introduced into the contract, are in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.

4. The contracting authority does not specify requirements regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities and design for all users due to the nature and specificity of the subject of the contract. The contract involves the extension of technical support and updates for the software licenses held by the contracting authority, namely Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus and Foundation Capacity Pack 50TB. The subject of the contract is not a product or service intended for direct use by individuals, including the contracting authority's employees, but rather it concerns the maintenance of the IT infrastructure used for backing up and restoring data. Given the nature of the contract, the requirements regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities and design for all users, as mentioned in Article 100(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law, do not apply. The implementation of the contract does not involve the supply or creation of a product, service, or solution intended for general use by end users, for whom special accessibility requirements could be specified. For the above reasons, the contracting authority waives the specification of accessibility requirements, as in its opinion the nature of the contract does not justify their introduction, they are not related to the subject of the contract and would not affect the manner of its implementation.
