France – Miscellaneous computer equipment – Fourniture, installation et maintenance d’équipements numériques et de solutions audiovisuelles et interactives intégrées à usages pédagogiques, collaboratifs et administratifs, de solutions d’affichage dynamique et d’équipements éducatifs innovants pour le développement d’apprentissages interdisciplinaires dans le cadre de la Centrale d'Achat du Syndicat (4 lots)

The framework agreement concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of digital equipment and integrated audiovisual and interactive solutions for pedagogical, collaborative and administrative use, dynamic display solutions and innovative educational equipment for the development of interdisciplinary learning within the framework of the Syndicate's Central Purchasing. The contract is divided into 4 distinct lots: • Lot 1: Supply, installation and maintenance of digital equipment and integrated audiovisual and interactive solutions for pedagogical, collaborative and administrative use, including hybrid use, concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000,000 euros excl. VAT; • Lot 2: Supply of innovative educational equipment and support for the development of interdisciplinary learning, concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 5,000,000 euros excl. VAT; • Lot 3: Supply, installation and maintenance of digital dynamic display equipment and solutions, concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 10,000,000 euros excl. VAT; • Lot 4: Supply, bulk deployment and maintenance of computer workstations, fixed or mobile, including desktop computers, laptops, and touch terminals (excluding mobile telephony) with associated services and accessories, integrating Windows, Mac Os, Chrome OS, Android and/or Linux environments intended for operations to create, renew or standardise computer workstations (excluding small, occasional needs), concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 80,000,000 euros excl. VAT. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification. It may then be renewed 3 times by tacit renewal for a one-year period without its total duration being able to exceed 4 years (maximum). Each lot contains a social inclusion clause. No negotiation will be allowed under this procedure.
