Description

The task is procured through a contractual portfolio by means of the Framework Agreement Renewal of Operation and Control of Waterway Structures (ROK Renewal MB2.0), in a long-term collaboration with the contractor to realise the task. The task mainly consists of: 1. Managing and executing regular Electrical & Mechanical/Maintenance and Maintenance; 2. Ensuring that, after renewal, installations and drives of structures comply with machine safety requirements to achieve CE marking and meet other frameworks, particularly the National Bridge and Lock Standard (LBS); 3. Realising new remote control of the northern Waterway Structures; 4. Replacing remote control and automation of all Waterway Structures, including the Maasbracht Control Centre; 5. Making the structures more sustainable. For this, electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, construction, and industrial automation works are required. In Annex 3 (Portfolio Overview) of the Framework Agreement, the Structures that are part of the Portfolio and on which Works are carried out within the framework of the Renewal of the Operation and Control of the Waterway Structures system are described. The maximum value of this Framework Agreement is determined by: - 17 nautical complexes; - Maasbracht Control Centre (BCM) incl. Fallback Control Centre. In addition to the above, the necessary Works along the waterway on, among other things, buoys, lighting and signals for an integrally functioning system.
