Poland – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Dostawa sprzętu laboratoryjnego do badania jakości wody

The subject of the procurement is: Supply of laboratory equipment for water quality testing for the District Sanitary-Epidemiological Station in Biała Podlaska. The purchaser has divided the procurement into 3 Parts/Lots: Part 1 – Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS), Part 2 – High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph with Fluorescence Detector (HPLC-FLD), Part 3 – Water Purification System. The procurement is financed from national budget funds, from the earmarked reserve. The procurement results from the Act of 13 March 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective wastewater disposal and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2026 item 605). The purchaser, acting pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, reserves the right to invalidate the procedure if the public funds that the purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the procurement are not granted to it.
