The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of liquid polymer for the dewatering of biological sludge. The procurement covers:

- The successive supply of liquid polymer for the purposes of pre-thickening and thickening of excess sludge at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Celje (hereinafter: "WWTP Celje"), Pečovnik 1 A, Celje.

- The polymer must be in a 1 m³ IBC container, which is adapted for connection to the polymer dosing system at WWTP Celje.

- The same type of polymer is used for pre-thickening and thickening of excess sludge.

- Approximately 1,500 t DS (dry solids) of excess sludge is removed annually. The estimated annual quantity is approximately 56 tonnes of liquid polymer. The maximum three-year quantity is approximately 195 tonnes of liquid polymer.
