Germany – Construction work – Industriefläche Saarlouis Roden Los 5: Baubereich Halle C, Rückbauarbeiten

At the Ford plant in Saarlouis, Ford will cease production of the FOCUS in November 2025. Activities with a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees are expected to remain on the site until 2032. The entire site consists of the actual plant and the Ford Industrial Supplier Park "FISP". The plant will gradually reduce in size to an area designated as the Ford Customer Service Plant "FCSP". To make the areas available for the potential settler Ravensburger Pharmakonzern Firma Vetter, a phased dismantling of the areas and the infrastructure located on and beneath them will be necessary. This phased dismantling has been divided into several lots and, for the current measure, includes the area around Hall C. The current sub-measure in the overall scope of the industrial area Saarlouis Roden (IFSR) is designated as "Lot 5: Construction area Hall C, demolition works". Site inspection dates: Bidders are recommended to inspect the site before submitting a bid. Two dates have been scheduled: Thursday, 11 June 2026, 10–12 am. Friday, 12 June 2026, 10–12 am.
