Poland – Tree-cutting services – Zabiegi ochrony czynnej w celu ochrony siedlisk i gatunków– etap II w 2026

The subject of the procurement is: the implementation of active conservation measures to maintain the habitats and species in good conservation status in 2026. The measures will involve clearing, tree and shrub removal (including their undergrowth) in various plant communities, natural habitats and species habitats with a total area of 88ha.

The procurement is divided into 4 Lots:

1. Lot 1: Active conservation measures for the protection of habitats and species – Phase II in 2026, cadastral areas: Pańki, Kruszewo, Izbiszcze, Choroszcz municipality, with an area of 8.27ha;

2. Lot 2: Active conservation measures for the protection of habitats and species – Phase II in 2026, cadastral areas: Radule, Tykocin municipality, Kurowo Kolonia, Kurowo SNS, Kobylin-Borzymy, Jeńki, Mojsiki, Mojsiki Borzyska, Sokoły municipality, Bokiny, Wólka Waniewska, Łapy municipality, with an area of 10.46ha;

3. Lot 3: Active conservation measures for the protection of habitats and species – Phase II in 2026, cadastral areas: Baciuty, Topilec, Turośń Dolna, Zawady, Turośń Kościelna municipality, Uhowo, Łapy municipality, with an area of 3.99ha;

4. Lot 4: Active conservation measures for the protection of habitats and species – Phase II in 2026; cadastral areas: Uhowo, Łapy municipality, Borowskie Żaki, Turośń Kościelna municipality, with an area of 65.28ha.

3. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots of the procurement.

4. The procurement is implemented with funds from the European Union within the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Programme as part of the following project: "Protection of valuable habitats and species in the Narwiański National Park" grant agreement number FENX.01.05-IW.01-0019/24.

5. Horizontal rules – obligation to apply. The subject procurement is co-financed by the European Union from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment (FEnIKS) as part of the project "Protection of valuable habitats and species in the Narwiański National Park" grant agreement number FENX.01.05-IW.01-0019/24. In this regard, the Purchaser requires the Contractor to implement the procurement in accordance with and in line with the so-called horizontal criteria, in particular:

6. the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities, 1) the principle of equality between women and men, 2) the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 26 October 2012, 3) the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities adopted in New York on 13 December 2006. The Contractor is obliged to implement the procurement in a non-discriminatory manner, respecting fundamental rights and the principles of equal treatment, adequately to the nature and scope of the subject of the procurement. Failure to meet the obligations mentioned above may be considered as improper performance of the procurement.

7. The subject procurement is implemented as part of the project "Protection of valuable habitats and species in the Narwiański National Park" grant agreement number FENX.01.05-IW.01-0019/24 co-financed with funds from the European Union, in connection with which the Purchaser requires the Contractor to implement the subject of the procurement taking into account the principles of sustainable development and minimising the negative impact on the environment, in particular through:

1) limiting paper consumption and preferring electronic documents, 2) rational management of materials and resources used in the implementation of the procurement, 3) limiting unnecessary travel and transport, to the extent possible given the nature of the procurement.

8. A detailed description and the manner of implementing the subject of the procurement have been defined in:

1) Description of the Subject of the Procurement – appropriate for the given Lot, Annex 11 to the SWZ.
