Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_Arch_KJF der Diözese Regensburg e.V._Ersatzneubau HPZ Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden

The building of the KJF in Eggenfelden, constructed in 1983, houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn with the facilities of the St. Rupert School for students with intellectual disabilities (instruction and sports use), a heilpädagogische Tagesstätte, a school preparatory facility, and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned due to a cost-benefit analysis. It was decided to opt for a complete (replacement) new construction, which was the subject of a VgV procedure in 2022. The basic services of the performance phases 1-9 for the building and interior design planning according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 are to be commissioned. In addition, the following special services are to be awarded as a lump sum: - Assistance in applying for grants and final clarification with the funding authority - Assistance in the settlement of grants (including proof of use) - Preparation of a fire protection concept adapted to the new space programme - ENEV proof - Services of the SiGeKo - Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation period - Additional services according to Appendix 2 - "Supplementary agreements" to the architect's contract - possibly optional interim solution (container school) Approval planning (partial services of phases 1-4) possibly further necessary services/partial services of phases 5-8
