Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_Arch_KJF der Diözese Regensburg e.V._Ersatzneubau HPZ Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden

The building of the KJF in Eggenfelden, constructed in 1983, houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn with the facilities of the St. Rupert School for students with intellectual disabilities (instruction and sports use), a heilpädagogische Tagesstätte, a pre-school preparatory facility, and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned due to a cost-effectiveness analysis. It was decided to undertake a complete (replacement) new construction, which was the subject of a VgV procedure in 2022. The basic services of the performance phases 1 - 9 for the building and interior design planning are to be commissioned according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1. In addition, the following special services are to be awarded as a lump sum: - Participation in the application for funding and final clarification with the funding authority - Participation in the settlement of funding (including proof of use) - Preparation of a fire protection concept adapted to the new room program - ENEV proof - Services of the SiGeKo - Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation period - Additional services according to Appendix 2 - "Supplementary Agreements" to the architect's contract - optionally interim solution (container school) Planning permission (partial services of performance phases 1-4) possibly further necessary services/partial services of performance phases 5-8
