France – Commissioning of heating installations – Maintenance des installations thermiques et aérauliques des Hôpitaux Urbains du CHRU de Nancy

Maintenance of the thermal and ventilation systems of the Urban Hospitals of the CHRU de Nancy: - Central Hospital; - Regional University Maternity Hospital; - Saint Julien Hospital; - Long-Term Care Unit (USLD) Saint Stanislas; - Saint Julien Hospital. The contract is concluded for a period of 7 years. The duration of the performance of the services in question is set from 01/04/2027 to 31/03/2034. The contract includes a review clause whose purpose is to frame future withdrawals from its perimeter of technical premises and/or buildings out of operation due to the gradual and foreseeable transfer of activity to the New Hospital of Nancy (NHN) on the site of Brabois (in Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy) between 2030 and 2035.
