PR16365 // The project involves the comprehensive renovation of the existing L-shaped building from the 1960s, which houses the Kindergarten Sankt Christophorus. The building is partly two-storey with a hipped roof and partly single-storey with a flat roof. The two-storey part features a simple linear balcony. The exterior walls are made of masonry and the windows are double-glazed. An important part of the renovation is the functional integration of a former apartment on the upper floor to create space for additional staff rooms, etc. Before the actual planning in the performance phase 1, the desired educational concept will be determined and checked for feasibility. The space program will be developed, taking into account in particular the eligible ranges of the targeted FAG funding. A cost ceiling of 4.0 million € gross for cost groups 200 to 700 has been approved and set for the overall measure. Estimated total costs for the interim measure included: approx. 0.4 million € gross. The aim of the renovation is to create a modern, child-friendly environment in a renovated building that meets the current requirements for educational facilities, taking into account the economic framework conditions. The milestones for implementing the project are as follows: - Start of services: Nov 2026 - Start of construction: May 2028 - Completion: May 2030. The total cost of the project (KG 200-600) is estimated at 3,580,047 € gross incl. temporary accommodation, and is broken down as follows: - KG 200 75,083 € - KG 300 2,213,474 € - KG 400 789,882 € - KG 500 309,345 € - KG 600 192,214 €. The cost ceiling of the project (KG 200-700) is budgeted at 4,084,080 €. It is intended to award the following services with this tender: Services of the Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 4, 5 and 6, according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI- LPH 1-9. The services will be commissioned in stages. Initially, in the 1st commissioning stage, the performance phase 1+2 according to HOAI will be commissioned. The performance phases 3-9 will be called up in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the overall commission.
