Iceland – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Design of the Extension of Sundabakki - Hönnun á lengingu Sundabakka

Faxaflóahafnir sf., Icelandic ID No. 530269-7529 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Entity"), invites tenders for the following design consultancy services: "Design of the Extension of Sundabakki Quay" The contract concerns the design of an extension to Sundabakki Quay at Sundahöfn Harbour in Reykjavík, Iceland. The scope of the contract includes engineering design and consultancy services relating to the construction of a new quay structure. The services comprise detailed engineering design for the planned construction works, including the new quay structure and all associated systems and infrastructure, as well as the preparation of tender documents and technical specifications for the subsequent works contract, as further described in the Technical Specifications and these Tender and Contract Conditions. The services shall be performed in accordance with these Tender and Technical Specifications and all documents referred to therein. The tender price shall include all services and activities necessary to complete the assignment as defined in the tender documents. Tenders shall be submitted using the Tender Form included in the Tender Book, with a detailed breakdown of prices in the Schedule of Prices, based on the tenderer's estimates.
