This consultation concerns a restricted competition organised by the Métropole du Grand Nancy to select the winner(s) authorised to enter into negotiations for the design services contract awarded without publicity or competition for the construction of an intercommunal central kitchen. Design services contract relating to the studies and works for the construction of the new central kitchen. Type of operation: new construction of a building. The project is initially led by a group of 10 communes of the Métropole du Grand Nancy. Ultimately, the client will be a dedicated Public Local Company (SPL) involving several communes (including those of the group of communes) of the Métropole du Grand Nancy and other public actors wishing to participate in this approach. Procedure conducted by the Métropole under the terms of Article L.5211-4-4 of the CGCT. This operation is part of a context of renewal of the collective catering equipment of the territory. The creation of this new central kitchen aims to modernise and pool the collective catering production tool on an intercommunal scale. It will allow the partner authorities to have a high-performance facility, meeting current requirements in terms of food quality, local sourcing, food safety and environmental transition. Estimated financial envelope for the operation (studies and works): €12,600,000.00 excluding tax, or €15,120,000.00 including tax, April 2026 value, including kitchen equipment and decontamination. Estimated duration of the contract: 34 months (excluding GPA). Estimated duration of studies: 14 months. Estimated duration of works: 20 months excluding 12 months of GPA.
