The subject of the contract is: 1. The service of collecting and managing all municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality of Biłgoraj from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 from the following localities: Andrzejówka, Brodziaki, Bukowa, Ciosmy, Cyncynopol, Dąbrowica, Dereźnia Majdańska, Dereźnia Solska, Dereźnia Zagrody, Dyle, Edwardów, Gromada, Hedwiżyn, Ignatówka, Jachosze, Kajetanówka, Kolonia Sól, Korczów, Korytków Duży, Majdan Gromadzki, Nadrzecze, Nowy Bidaczów, Okrągłe, Podlesie, Rapy Dylańskie, Ratwica, Ruda Solska, Ruda Zagrody, Smólsko Duże, Smólsko Małe, Sól, Stary Bidaczów, Wola Dereźniańska, Wola Duża, Wola Mała, Wolaniny, Zagrody Dąbrowickie, Zagumnie, Żelebsko. 2. Creation and operation of a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the municipality or city of Biłgoraj, accepting, collecting and managing municipal waste delivered by residents or property managers. The PSZOK will be a collection and temporary storage site. Waste collected at the PSZOK will be transferred to waste recovery or disposal facilities in accordance with the waste management hierarchy as referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Dz.U. 2023 item 1587). The estimated amount of municipal waste is 2 280 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes No. 1 and No. 1a to the SWZ.
