The subject of the consultation is the provision of an insurance policy concerning Cyber insurance for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France and abroad. The contract corresponds to the Cyber insurance taken out by La Poste both on its own behalf and on behalf of its existing subsidiaries in France and abroad. The maximum capacity sought for this contract is 140,000,000 euros per insurance period. Local reinsured policies may be deployed in various countries. The capacity will be structured across several lines corresponding to Lots, each following the form of the underlying policies and potentially being underwritten in co-insurance. The contract is divided into 5 Lots: Lot No. 1: Line 1 – Provision of a first-line insurance policy up to 20,000,000 euros concerning Cyber insurance for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France and abroad. Lot No. 2: Line 2 – Provision of a second-line insurance policy up to 20,000,000 euros concerning Cyber insurance for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France and abroad. Lot No. 3: Line 3 – Provision of a third-line insurance policy up to 20,000,000 euros concerning Cyber insurance for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France and abroad. Lot No. 4: Line 4 – Provision of a fourth-line insurance policy up to 40,000,000 euros concerning Cyber insurance for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France and abroad. Lot No. 5: Line 5 – Provision of a fifth-line insurance policy up to 40,000,000 euros concerning Cyber insurance for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France and abroad. The processing of La Poste Group's data must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area, or a country recognised as adequate by the EU. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
