Romania – Repair and maintenance services of boilers – Servicii de reparație nivel 4 la Cazanul de Apă Fierbinte nr.2 prin înlocuirea Sistemului Convectiv

The sectoral contract will have as its object Repair Services level 4 to Hot Water Boiler No. 2 by replacing the convective system, CPV code 50531100-7. The procurement was requested through Necessity Referral No. 4607/04.05.2026, drawn up by the Commercial and Investment Department, within the Local Heating Company COLTERM SA - in insolvency. The technical requirements for the requested services are specified in the tender documents No. 4609/04.05.2026 and Annexes 1 and 2 to the tender documents, drawn up by the Commercial and Investment Department. Clarification requests will be transmitted with 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, to the questions section in SEAP. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests with 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders and only to clarification requests addressed by economic operators up to the deadline set and mentioned above.
