The municipality wishes to have the permanent paper archives processed. These archives will (in due course) be transferred to the Regionaal Archief Noordwest Utrecht (RANU). The contract concerns the processing and final cleaning of a number of archive blocks as described in the document “Opdrachtbeschrijving archiefbewerking De Ronde Venen”. It is important to note that the archive parts have already been cleaned. A final overall check is what is still needed. Any documents or dossiers that still need to be reviewed or destroyed should be kept separately and listed on a list of items to be destroyed. The municipality will carry out the further disposal.
