Accord-cadre à bons de commande avec minimum et maximum mono-attributaire de services, d'une durée de 48 mois à compter du 1er octobre 2026 ou la date de notification si postérieure

The main characteristics of the services to be performed are:

- Service P2 for operation and maintenance - services and lump sum without fuel supply and without incentive - operation of the installations and minor maintenance for the following installations:

- Heating installations,

- Cooling installations,

- Air conditioning installations,

- Ventilation/air treatment installations,

- Domestic hot water installations.

- Service P3 for full guarantee of certain building equipment at La Fabrique des Arts.
