France – Construction work for buildings relating to health – REHABILITATION ET EXTENSION DU CENTRE SAINT VICTOR

This consultation concerns the rehabilitation and extension of the Centre Saint Victor. The CHU Amiens Picardie, as a public health establishment, is using a sectoral global contract in accordance with Article L.2171-5 of the Public Procurement Code (C.C.P.). The selected award procedure is competitive dialogue, in accordance with Articles L.2124-4, R.2124-5, R.2161-24 to R.2161-31 of the Public Procurement Code, given that the contract includes design services (R.2124-3-3°) and that the technical complexity of certain works requires exchanges between the contracting authority and the tenderer group to determine the best solutions (R.2124-3-4°). This notice concerns phase 1 "candidatures" of the competitive dialogue. Phase 2 of the dialogue (offers) will take place with only the 3 candidates admitted to participate following phase 1 "candidatures". (The contracting authority reserves the right to continue the procedure if the number of admitted candidates is less than 3).
