The subject of the contract is the digital transformation of the Municipality of Pylaia-Chortiatis with the design, supply and installation of applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment of the municipality, providing more efficient, innovative and high-quality services, to the benefit of the residents, visitors and businesses. The estimated value of the contract amounts to 146,383.00€ (estimated value including VAT 24%: 181,514.92€): a) in the amount of 48,383.00€ (total budget amount 59,994.92€, with VAT 24%) for Lot 5, b) in the amount of 48,000.00€ (total budget amount 59,520.00€, with VAT 24%) for Lot 9 and c) in the amount of 50,000.00€ (total budget amount 62,000.00€, with VAT 24%) for Lot 12. The funding body of the present contract is the Ministry of Digital Governance (European Union (ESIF) and national resources through the PPA - OPS 6000980). The present contract is divided into the following lots: Lot 5 - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIONS 9. Smart energy management systems for municipal and school buildings with an estimated value of 59,994.92€ including VAT (net value 48,383.00€ plus VAT 24% 11,611.92€) Lot 9 - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIONS 22. Installation of smart water quality measurement systems (drinking, rivers, lakes and seas in industrial applications etc.) with an estimated value of 59,520.00€ including VAT (net value 48,000.00€ plus VAT 24% 11,520.00€) Lot 12 - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIONS 26. Urban green and public spaces management system with an estimated value of 62,000.00€ including VAT (net value 50,000.00€ plus VAT 24% 12,000.00€) A participation guarantee is required in the amount of Lot 5: 967.66 euros (nine hundred sixty-seven euros and sixty-six cents), Lot 9: 960.00 euros (nine hundred sixty euros), Lot 12: 1,000.00 euros (one thousand euros)
