Czechia – Construction work – PČOV Kolovraty – zkapacitnění, I. a II. etapa

The subject of the Public Contract is the activities aimed at increasing the capacity of the Kolovraty Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereinafter „PČOV Kolovraty“), owned by the City of Prague (hereinafter „HMP“), managed by the Contracting Authority and operated by the company Pražské vodovody a kanalizace, a.s. (hereinafter also „Stavba“ or „Dílo“), in accordance with the building permit issued by the Prague City Hall, Environmental Protection Department, on 18 February 2026, No. MHMP 144627/2026, File No. S-MHMP 1142073/2024, which gained legal force on 18 March 2026, in accordance with the construction documentation, which forms Annex No. 3 of the ZD, and further administrative decisions and related binding documents and records relating to the Stavba, which form Annex No. 6 of the ZD. The Kolovraty PČOV intensification project includes the reconstruction of the inlet pumping station, the construction of a new coarse pre-treatment building, the implementation of a completely new biological stage and the addition of a sludge management stage. The implementation of the Kolovraty PČOV intensification project was designed in two phases with a capacity according to the BSK/CHSK indicators of 7,000/10,000 EO in the first phase and 12,000/15,000 EO in the second phase. Separate construction documentation was prepared for each of these phases (both form Annex No. 3 of the ZD). The subject of this Public Contract is the implementation of both phases of the Kolovraty PČOV capacity increase project, to be carried out by one supplier selected on the basis of the results of this tendering procedure. The result of the tendering procedure will therefore be the conclusion of one Contract for Work (hereinafter „Contract“) for both phases of the Kolovraty PČOV intensification project. A detailed specification of the subject of the Public Contract and the conditions for its fulfilment is contained in the ZD and its annexes – particularly Annexes No. 2, 3 and 6 of the ZD (Contract for Work, including the General Contractual Conditions of Pražské vodohospodářské společnosti a.s. for construction activities valid from 1 May 2026, Technical Specification – particularly DPS and SPVV – Phase I and Phase II, Binding Decisions and Records for the Implementation of the Dílo). The subject of the fulfilment of this Public Contract, i.e. part of the Dílo, is not engineering activities to obtain a building permit and a completion decision, nor the provision of trial operation after completion of the Dílo. The activity of the selected Supplier will end with the handover of the completed Stavba to the Contracting Authority. The subject of the Public Contract, i.e. part of the Dílo, also does not include the provision of author supervision services.
