Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (Open-House-Modell)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements under Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with various active substances or active substance combinations within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Model". Admission or the conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.05.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.04.2028, regardless of the contract start date. If, during the contract period, AOK Hessen conducts a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an Open Procedure for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
