Supply Contract for I.T. Equipment, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and its annexes. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are submitted within the timeframe set out in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet, or 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Further clarifications relating to the award documentation posted in SEAP, as well as the changes and additions resulting therefrom, will be an integral part of the present Award Documentation.
