Object planning services framework agreement University Building Authority Stuttgart and Hohenheim, Campus Vaihingen and City Centre I + II, Freelance services for building maintenance from 2027. The intention is to award a framework agreement for object planning services for buildings and interiors for the planning and supervision of building maintenance work according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI, for Campus Vaihingen, 70569 Stuttgart and Campus City Centre, 70174 Stuttgart. The state-owned buildings are within the responsibility of the University Building Authority Stuttgart and Hohenheim and are used and managed by various institutions. The building stock consists of properties from the 19th century, some of which are protected monuments, to new buildings. The campus of the University of Stuttgart-Vaihingen is an area in the district of Stuttgart-Vaihingen, where since the 1950s large parts of Stuttgart's research landscape have been concentrated. The City Centre campus is located in a central location in the centre of Stuttgart between the Liederhalle and the main station. The following services may be required in essence: - Maintenance and renovation measures, some of which increase value - The implementation of changes of use and conversions in the buildings. The following building and user-specific peculiarities may need to be taken into account: - Pollutants due to reconstruction measures in the 1950s to 1980s - Monument protection - Ongoing operation, necessity of observing inspection periods - Building physics requirements for fire protection, sound insulation, heat insulation and moisture protection - User-specific requirements, e.g. occupational safety, building security In situations where damage to the structure or other introduced objects is threatened, the contractor must immediately inspect the damage on site and initiate the necessary immediate measures. From Monday to Friday, in these cases, an inspection must take place at the latest within one day. The maximum possible contract duration is 4 years until 31.12.2030.
