The services are divided into three lots. The division of the lots has been made from quantitative, local and specialist perspectives. Details of the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service description including the annexes, in particular the price lists. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas to be cleaned and the intervals without a new procurement procedure within the framework of § 132 GWB Paragraphs 2 to 4. Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all lots. However, within the lots, all objects with all individual services must be offered. The award of the services will be made per lot. The award of individual objects is not planned. The award of the services to a bidder is limited. A bidder will be awarded the contract for a maximum of two lots. If a bidder has submitted the most economical offer for more than two lots, the contracting authority will select the lots for which the price difference to the next highest remaining offer in the evaluation is highest per lot. If the price difference in several lots is the same, the lot decides. In addition, it applies that lots 1 and 2 will not be awarded jointly to one bidder. The award of two lots to one bidder is only permissible if one of the lots is lot 3.
