France – Repair and maintenance services for pumps, valves, taps and metal containers and machinery – PRESTATIONS D'ENTRETIEN ET DE MAINTENANCE DE POSTES DE RELEVAGE EU ET/OU EP, DE SÉPARATEURS D'HYDROCARBURES ET DE SURPRESSEURS SUR LE PATRIMOINE DE LA SA LES RÉSIDENCES YVELINES-ESSONNE

This tender concerns maintenance and upkeep services for EU and/or EP pumping stations, oil separators, and booster pumps on the property of the Groupe Les Résidences. The services are to be carried out across the entire property of the Buyers located in the departments of Yvelines (78) and Essonne (91). This tender is conducted as an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the Buyer has chosen not to divide the contract into lots. Dividing the contract into separate lots may make it technically difficult or more financially costly to carry out the services, which are the subject of the present Contract. The present contract is concluded in the form of a public service contract with a mixed price. The contract is primarily concluded at a lump sum and fixed price. Secondly, the contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, as defined in Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 200,000.00 euros, excluding tax, over the total duration of the contract.
