A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry, in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests, covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, tourist development, nature protection, to be carried out in the Chojna Forest District in 2027. The subject of the contract will be divided into 3 parts ("Packages"). 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, tourist development, nature protection resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of the forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment pattern of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not accessible for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. potential locations for the care of forest stands. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forestry works" Annex No. 3.2. Parameter Tables (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forestry works". The detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry works (activities), specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ, forms the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annex has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ do not apply in this respect. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forestry works under the special conditions relating to a given Package forming part of the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) forming part of the subject of the contract are contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) A description of the rules of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
