The subject of the contract is the preparation of the design documentation for the repair and reconstruction of the building at ul. Miedzianej 3 in Warsaw. The contractor is obligated to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the draft contract clauses and guidelines for the preparation of design documentation, which are an integral part of the SWZ. The offer must include the valuation of all activities necessary to execute the contract, including those not foreseen by the contracting authority but necessary for the execution of the contract subject, in accordance with the applicable regulations. For the correct preparation of the offer, it is recommended that the contractor, at their own expense, conduct a site visit where the contract subject is to be executed. The person authorized to contact the contractors to conduct the site visit (recommended) is the technical staff member of TZOM Ogrodowa 28/30 in Warsaw, tel. +48 22 49-58-486. Since the object is out of service, the person conducting the site visit is obligated to have personal protective equipment, as required for such activities. The contractor is obligated to have civil liability insurance for the execution of the contract, in the amount of not less than 500 000,00 zł.
