Finland – Radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment – Finavia Oyj - Näyttömonitorien puitejärjestely

The subject of the procurement is display monitors (”Displays”) to be installed at Finavia Oyj's airports, which are to be procured during the framework agreement period (including option years) approximately 1000-2000 units according to the current estimate. The number of displays ordered during the contract period is based on the Buyer's needs, and the quantities indicated are not binding. The sizes of the Displays to be procured and the requirements related to the Displays vary according to the delivery location. In the procurement, Finavia will tender a framework agreement, for which two (2) suppliers will be selected. The framework agreement does not constitute a binding obligation for Finavia, and all internal procurements within the framework agreement will be subject to a mini-competition between the framework agreement partners. Procurements are made through the partner winning the mini-competition at the prices given in the mini-competition. In this procurement procedure, the tendered prices are thus maximum prices, which cannot be exceeded in the mini-competitions. The framework agreement is initially valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which Finavia has the right to extend the framework agreement for a total of six (6) option years. The options are taken into use one (1) option year at a time. The procurement procedure is an open procedure and an electronic auction is used in the procedure.
