Romania – Network infrastructure – Achiziția de produse privind repararea sau înlocuirea rețelelor structurate de date și realizarea de rețele unitare Wi-Fi la nivelul Camerelor de Conturi a României

The subject of the contract is the procurement of products (passive and active network equipment) for the repair or replacement (where applicable) of the existing structured cabling infrastructure and the delivery of active and passive communication equipment, as well as the installation, assembly, and configuration of wireless Wi-Fi networks for the internal data network for the territorial structures of the Court of Accounts of Romania. The procurement will be conducted entirely through electronic means, in a single stage, in accordance with the provisions of Article 73(1) of Law No. 98/2016 as amended. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation up to the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016 as amended and of Article 27 of the Annex to H.G. No. 395/2016 as amended will be respected.
