For several years, the Grand Public et Numérique (BGPN) Branch of the La Poste Group has relied on an Enterprise Architecture framework to structure, document and manage knowledge of its information system. A current architecture mapping tool is used to represent the business, application, data and technical layers, and to support the day-to-day activities of modeling and analysis. In a context marked by the acceleration of digital transformations, the increasing complexity of the IS and the emergence of new capabilities such as artificial intelligence, the BGPN now wishes to explore the opportunity to evolve its Enterprise Architecture tooling towards a more comprehensive, more automated and more scalable solution. This reflection aims to enable both: On a functional level, better control of the urban planning of the IS, data governance, transformation trajectories and impact analyses; On a cross-functional level, the integration of new capabilities such as dynamic mapping, scenario evolution simulation, advanced collaboration and AI assistance. To this end, La Poste is launching, through this notice, a sourcing process to identify the market software solutions capable of meeting the Enterprise Architecture challenges of the BGPN, and to assess their fit with the constraints, strategic objectives and technical requirements of the La Poste Group.
