The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for full system administration, support and maintenance of the built SharePoint environment in MU-Varna, in accordance with the attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), hereinafter referred to as "system administration". According to its specific needs and financial provision, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to entrust the performance of additional activities to improve the work and functioning of the SharePoint structure, as well as of the projects implemented on it, hereinafter referred to as "additional activities". These activities include those for the development/assistance and maintenance of current SharePoint projects (web sites, portals, etc.). Each participant must submit an offer for the full scope of system administration, support and maintenance of the built SharePoint structure, included in the technical specification (Appendix No. 1).
