Netherlands – Construction work – Europese aanbesteding volgens de niet-openbare procedure voor bouwkundig onderhoud ten behoeve van Stichting Kindante

The work involves the following tasks: • Corrective maintenance and minor construction works • Scheduled maintenance • Replacement maintenance • Advice (including drawing up the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan) Tasks that fall outside this contract are: • Electrical and plumbing works • New construction projects • Renovation projects • Large-scale renovations The works are procured for a period of 6 years. The scope of the work amounts to approximately € 3 million incl. VAT per maintenance party for the next 4 years.
