The subject of the public procurement contract includes periodic delivery for the needs of the educational process at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Medical University-Sofia of dental technical instruments and materials, as described in the Technical Specification (Appendix № 1) from the public procurement documentation, as well as warranty liability for the shelf life of the delivered items. The contracting authority has the right, in case of need, to replace part of the items in accordance with the Technical Specification (Appendix № 1), with the replacement being made only between items from the Technical Specification, without exceeding the total value of the contract for the public procurement.
