Project Description

An outdated interim building at the Realschule Peißenberg is to be demolished. The resulting shortfalls and the additional space required due to increased student numbers will be created through an extension. The Realschule Peißenberg is located on a school campus together with the Josef-Zerhoch-Grundschule and the Josef-Zerhoch-Mittelschule. The latter two schools are owned by the Marktgemeinde Peißenberg. Adjacent to the schools are the Wörth-Turnhalle, the Glückauf-Sporthalle, the sports facilities of the TSV Peißenberg and the ice rink. The Realschule Peißenberg consists of three interconnected building sections A, B and C from the years 1950 to 1997. In recent years, some special rooms in sections A, B and C have been renovated and fire protection measures have been implemented, including the installation of fire protection ceilings and doors. As part of phase 0, workshops were held with representatives of the client and teachers to develop an educational concept. The result is a desire for a modern teaching format as a learning landscape, with cluster solutions in different configurations for grades 5 to 8 and 9 to 10. Not only the Landkreis-Realschule has a space requirement, but also the Mittelschule of the Marktgemeinde. In phase 0, it was developed as a solution that the four missing classrooms (equivalent to one cluster / learning house) will be integrated into the extension of the Realschule. The construction measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. Based on cost indicators, construction costs of approximately 8.9 million € gross (cost group 300+400, DIN 276) are currently anticipated. The (provisional) key dates for implementation are as follows: - Start of basic assessment: early December 2026, - Construction start: no later than the 1st quarter of 2028 - Completion / start of use: no later than early 2029. The following services are intended to be awarded in stages with this tender: Services of the building design, buildings and interior spaces, performance phases 1-9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI. Initially, in the 1st awarding stage, the performance phases 1 and 2 according to § 34 HOAI will be awarded. The further performance phases (here: Lph. 3-9) will be called up in stages. There is no legal claim to a total award.
