Germany – Scaffolding work – Sanierung Hallenbad Burghausen - Gerüstarbeiten

The city of Burghausen intends to comprehensively renovate parts of the existing indoor swimming pool. The Burghausen indoor swimming pool was built in 1970 and expanded with a leisure area and sauna in 2003. As part of the current renovation measure, extensive modernisations are now being carried out in the original indoor swimming pool from 1970. Scope of the renovation measure The following areas of the old building are affected by the renovation: - Swimming hall with 50-metre pool - Diving hall with pool and diving facilities - Changing rooms, ground floor, and the premises of the bath administration - Staff areas in the basement - Technical basement of the old building Not included in the renovation scope: - The leisure pool area with sauna (expansion from 2003) - The outdoor pool area, including the sole outdoor pool built in 2019 Operation during construction time - The sauna facility remains open throughout the construction period. - The outdoor pool is still usable during the summer months. Access and visitor guidance - Visitor access during the construction period is via a path along the Wacker Stadium, west of the construction site boundary. For this project, the services of the scaffolding works are being tendered.
