• Ensure access control (and registration) and view current camera images.

• Be a welcoming first point of contact for residents, visitors, suppliers, and press.

• Conduct fire, lock, and general patrols in and around the building.

• Enforce compliance with house rules by residents and, at the request of supervisors, assist in implementing the sanctions policy.

• Act repressively and de-escalatingly in the event of disasters and irregularities.

• Assume the role of the on-site BHV leader until the alarm services take over.

• Receive emergency services in the event of disasters.

• Assist, upon request, with daily supervision on-site, for example, during room visits and/or checks, events, and the reception of new residents and room allocation.

• Ensure good information transfer and collaboration with on-site supervisors and the contracting authority.

The current on-site security deployment is 310.5 hours per week. There are two security guards on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. However, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the morning and afternoon shifts are reduced to one security guard.
