Netherlands – Radioactive-, toxic-, medical- and hazardous waste services – Monostroom Gevaarlijk afval Rijksoverheid

The subject of this contract is the processing of Monostream Hazardous Waste. This involves the collection (at central collection points), transport and processing of Hazardous Waste and the provision of collection means (packaging). Packaging includes both rental and purchase. Additionally, the administrative processing of invoices to the Participating Services is included in the contract. The Contracting Authority estimates the contract volume for the entire contract period of 4 years (including the option year) to be approximately 12,000,000 kilograms of Hazardous Waste, approximately 44,000 units of purchased packaging and approximately 10,500 units of rented packaging. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority expects an estimate of 100 hours for the deployment of a technical environmental advisor for the entire contract period of 4 years (including the option year). Additionally, the Contracting Authority estimates that approximately 2,000,000 kilograms of additional Hazardous Waste may be added.
