The subject of the contract is the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE TARGETED GRANT FOR THE CO-FINANCING OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVESTMENT PN. „CONSTRUCTION OF THE SILESIAN CENTRE OF ONCOLOGY AND PAEDIATRIC HAEMATOLOGY”, in accordance with the description contained in section III of the SWZ, the tender form constituting Annex 1, the detailed tender form constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ and the description of minimum requirements constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
