The contract involves the delivery, implementation and maintenance of a compliance application (SaaS) that supports BOA’s in their daily activities and that meets the requirements of the Police Data Act (Wpg) and the GDPR. The compliance application enables BOA’s to carry out, register and support their enforcement tasks as digitally and information-driven as possible, in particular in a way that makes mobile digital enforcement possible, so that enforcers on the street have direct access to all the information relevant to their work (input) and that enforcers can carry out as much of the administrative processing and reports/fines on the street as possible (output). Approximately €50,000 per year.
