Creation of a dynamic procurement system for the procurement of haemodynamic materials, including the operation of a consignment warehouse, under a framework agreement. The total estimated quantity of the materials to be ordered during the system's duration (48 months) is 55 804 units of various haemodynamic materials, including the provision of a consignment warehouse for the Purchaser in 1 category. 1. The planned quantity data is detailed in the procurement documents. The Purchaser allows for a quantitative deviation of +20%. The Purchaser intends to conclude 12-month contracts during the validity of the DBR, but reserves the right to conclude contracts with a longer or shorter validity period. The Purchaser reserves the right, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, to determine the possibilities for submitting partial tenders in the invitation to tender, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender, regarding the concrete procurement needs set out therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements. (Guidance on the dynamic procurement system issued by the Public Procurement Authority (2025.10.07.) The planned highest net contract value to be concluded in the dynamic procurement system is 492 761 505,- Ft/year, the planned highest contract value is 72 196 400,- Ft. All applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the DBR, the number of applicants to be invited to submit tenders will not be limited. The Purchaser, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, will make the specific technical description and contractual terms for the specific procurements to be implemented in the system available simultaneously with the sending of the invitation(s) to tender.
