Belgium – Architectural design services – Studie bouwkundige netelementen elektriciteit

This procurement dossier concerns the appointment of a study bureau for "civil engineering electrical grid elements". The study bureau is tasked with:

• Conducting civil engineering studies, including stability calculations, drafting technical specifications, determining load-bearing capacity in relation to fire resistance

• Designing civil engineering grid elements of the distribution or transmission network < 70 kV (e.g., electrical cabins, foundations and steelwork in high-voltage substations, high-voltage lines and masts), including the delivery of design plans, as-built drawings and technical specifications.

• Conducting various studies related to environmental permit applications or building-related issues (noise studies, heat calculations, explosion resistance, drainage studies, etc.)

• Civil engineering supervision, including control of reinforcement, from site start-up and follow-up until handover.

The contractor will perform the services specified in the technical specifications of each individual order on behalf of the contracting authority within the framework agreement. The procurement dossier contains 1 lot: single sourcing.
