Iceland – Motor vehicles – 16286 - Rammasamningur um bifreiðar fyrir Reykjavíkurborg / Framework Agreement for Vehicles for the City of Reykjavík

The City of Reykjavík requests tenders for a framework agreement for the purchase and rental of vehicles. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1, purchase of vehicles, and Lot 2, rental of vehicles. The agreement is intended to meet the City’s general needs for passenger cars, buses and coaches up to 5 tonnes, buses and coaches over 5 tonnes, goods vehicles under 3.5 tonnes and goods vehicles from 3.5 to 12 tonnes. More detailed requirements concerning vehicle characteristics, equipment, service, delivery, operation, environmental aspects and the needs of individual departments or units will be specified in each reopening of competition or written price comparison. Specially equipped vehicles used by Reykjavík Welfare Services to transport service users are excluded from the framework agreement.
