As a funding prerequisite and basis for urban development funding, an Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK) will be created in the coming months (approx. August 2026 to March 2027). This forms the roadmap for the urban development process over the next approx. twelve years. To manage the project, a funding area management system will be established from the outset. This primarily involves implementing individual projects in line with the goals of the ISEK in close coordination with the municipal project management. The funding area management, including funding management, will be tendered for 2 years with the option of a one-time extension for a further 3 years. The planned contract start date is January 2027. Information on the procedure Phase 1: Competition for participation Submission of the application for participation by 31.08.2026 10:00 via the tendering platform subreport ELVIS, www.subreport.de/E71311378. All participants who meet the eligibility criteria of Phase 1 will be invited to Phase 2 / submission of a first offer. Those participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be informed. Phase 2: Tendering phase Upon request by the contracting authority by approx. 10.09.2026: - Submission of a first offer by 05.10.2026 10:00 via the tendering platform subreport ELVIS, www.subreport.de/E71311378. Only those participants who, according to the award criteria of Phase 2, have taken the first 5 places, will be invited to submit a final offer and to present a presentation. The negotiations and presentation can be held in person at the Stadthaus of Michelstadt or digitally via video conference. The exact date will be arranged in consultation with the participants. The presentation should not exceed 20 minutes and should be held by the planned project team. The award and evaluation criteria are listed in the service description.
