In the Diakonie Klinikum Dietrich Bonhoeffer GmbH, Salvador-Allende-Straße 30, 17036 Neubrandenburg, the procurement and commissioning of three cardiac catheterisation labs for comprehensive cardiological applications is to be carried out in the Department of Internal Medicine 3, Cardiology for the years 2025 to 2027. The planned construction area is located in Building R, 2nd floor. The construction work is initially limited to the modification of the existing room structure R.2.19.1 in the inner core, so that a third cardiac catheterisation lab in air cleanliness class 2, including the associated control/ workstation and technical room, can be created here. The adjacent areas and systems remain in use and are separated and protected by dust protection walls during the renovation phase. The continuation of hospital operations and the care of patients under general hygiene standards must be ensured at all times. The adjacent areas must be kept functional during the construction work. Access to the building and the transport of materials will be via separate construction site entrances, which will be designated during the execution period. The complete scope of services will be divided into 9 lots.
