Sweden – Cleaning and sanitation services – Lokalvårdsupphandling, SJ-koncernen

The procurement covers framework agreements for cleaning and maintenance services in various forms. The assignment primarily concerns regular cleaning, but additional services may also include deep cleaning, moving cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and extra cleaning (such as steam cleaning, cleaning over 2m, disinfection). SJ reserves the right to procure the following ancillary services from approved Suppliers: - Bed making, laundry, and purchase of linen - Purchase of disposable tableware - Laundry of curtains and other textiles - Laundry of carpet - Waste handling/recycling (when waste rooms are lacking) - Breakfast handling and catering
