The subject of the Contractor's performance, according to the draft Contract for Work No. 6440-OŘS2-2024-126, is the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit, the processing of documentation for construction implementation, the provision of a designer's supervision, the provision of a person responsible for the coordination of health and safety (BOZP) and the provision of the proper performance of the activities of the building owner's technical supervision (TDS).
