The subject of the contracts is the procurement of maintenance services necessary for the operation of coin wrapping equipment in NGZ plates and coin counting and wrapping equipment in LAUREL rolls, their productivity and the lifespan of banknote processing systems. Maintenance services for BPS M7 banknote processing equipment are necessary to ensure the lifespan of banknote processing systems, so that the banknotes collected and put back into circulation do not contain counterfeit or substandard banknotes in terms of quality, dirt level or physical integrity, according to the specifications of the terms of reference. Deadline for submission of clarification requests: 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, according to art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information, once, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by interested economic operators through SEAP, up to the deadline set for the submission of requests for clarification.
