The subject of the competition is the architectural concept of a multi-family residential building along with the land development on plot no. 127/3, cadastral district P-29, cadastral unit Podgórze, at ul. Wielickiej in Kraków. The competition is conducted in a restricted and single-stage tender procedure. a) Qualification Stage: – Interested parties submit applications for admission to the competition in accordance with the provisions of Section IV of the Regulations within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule; – The Organiser admits to the competition and invites to submit Competition Works those participants who meet the objective criteria specified by the Organiser in Section IV of the Regulations. b) Stage I of the Competition – submission and evaluation of Competition Works and resolution of the Competition: – Submission of Competition Works by the participants, within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule. The material scope, form of elaboration and manner of presentation of the Competition Works have been specified in Section V of the Regulations; – Evaluation of the anonymised Competition Works by the Competition Jury on the basis of the criteria specified in Section VI of the Regulations. – Resolution of the competition, i.e. selection of the best Competition Work (1st Prize) and awarding of the remaining Prizes in accordance with the provisions of Section VII of the Regulations; – Approval by the Contracting Authority of the resolution of the competition and the official announcement of the results of the Competition;
