Bulgaria – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Абонаментна поддръжка и осигуряване на резервни части и консумативи за климатици и климатични инсталации за ТП на НОИ - София област

The present public procurement procedure aims to conclude a contract for subscription and technical maintenance and servicing of air conditioners installed in buildings of the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute – Sofia Region (TP of the NSSI – Sofia Region). The procurement includes the performance of periodic planned semi-annual and annual maintenance operations for the subscribed equipment, current and emergency repairs, as well as the provision (delivery) of spare parts and/or consumables related to these activities. The object of the subscription maintenance is the air conditioners, individualised in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications of the approved documentation. The subscription maintenance service is carried out in accordance with the technological requirements and operating instructions established by the manufacturer of the equipment, in line with the period of operation and its functional load, with the aim of ensuring good technical condition and safe and reliable use of the air conditioning equipment.
